20+ years roofing in Northern Michigan
Falcon Roofing was founded in Traverse City with a simple idea: do honest work, use quality materials, and treat every customer's home like our own. What started as a small, local operation has grown into one of Northern Michigan's most trusted roofing companies.
Over the past two decades, we've completed more than 2,500 roofing projects across the region -- from lakefront estates on Grand Traverse Bay to commercial buildings in downtown Traverse City. We've seen every type of roof challenge that Northern Michigan's harsh winters can throw at a home, and we've built our expertise around solving them.
Today, Falcon Roofing is still locally owned and operated. We're proud to be part of this community, and we bring that sense of pride and accountability to every project we take on.
Meet the Owner
Seth Harris
Seth Harris has been in the roofing industry for over 20 years. Born and raised in Northern Michigan, he understands the unique demands that our climate places on roofing systems -- from heavy snowfall and ice dams to the freeze-thaw cycles that can destroy a poorly installed roof.
Seth founded Falcon Roofing with the belief that homeowners deserve a roofer who shows up on time, communicates clearly, and delivers work they can be proud of. He's personally involved in every project, from the initial inspection to the final walkthrough.
When he's not on a roof, Seth is active in the Traverse City community and can often be found enjoying the lakes and trails of Northern Michigan with his family.
