These SMS Terms and Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern your participation in the Falcon Roofing LLC (“Falcon Roofing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) text messaging program. By opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Falcon Roofing’s SMS program allows us to communicate with you by text message about your roofing project, account, and — if you have consented — promotional offers.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Falcon Roofing is not responsible for any charges from your carrier.

The program is available on most major U.S. mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from the Falcon Roofing SMS program. You will receive a confirmation message, and no further text messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

9. Mobile Information Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of information sharing exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
