Falcon Roofing Text Messaging Program

These SMS Terms and Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern your participation in the Falcon Roofing LLC ("Falcon Roofing," "we," "us," or "our") text messaging program. By opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Program Description

Falcon Roofing's SMS program allows us to communicate with you by text message about your roofing project, account, and — if you have consented — promotional offers.

You may opt in to receive text messages from Falcon Roofing by checking the SMS consent box on our website contact or quote request form at falconroofing.net. You must provide your mobile phone number and actively check the consent box before any text messages will be sent.

Opt-in is required before we will send you text messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.

3. Types of Messages You May Receive

• Customer care messages (roofing projects, quotes, and service inquiries)
• Account notification messages (appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, crew arrival notifications, job status updates, invoice and payment reminders)

Message frequency may vary. On average, customers receive 1-2 messages per month.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Falcon Roofing is not responsible for any charges from your carrier.

6. Supported Carriers

The program is available on most major U.S. mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from the Falcon Roofing SMS program. You will receive a confirmation message, and no further text messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

9. Mobile Information Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors supporting our services (such as our SMS platform provider) is permitted solely to deliver the messages you have requested. All other categories of information sharing exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
